EU Delivery Started & Final call for Cargo Empire

Hello Everyone,

Good news for our European backers - We've just received an update from Hydra indicating that the inventory at our European warehouse has been sorted and is ready for dispatch.

Starting from today, the games will begin shipping out to our local supporters. Keep an eye on your inbox as you should be receiving your individual shipping notifications shortly.

If you encounter any issues or have questions about your shipment, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your satisfaction and a smooth delivery process are our top priorities.

Final Hours for Cargo Empire

On another note, Cargo Empire is entering its final day. We have successfully unlocked over 17 goals, and we're not far from our next exciting goal: Double-Layered Player Boards.

Due to the delays in shipping, we have been cautious about promoting too vigorously. However, Cargo Empire continues the design philosophy of Mini Express, and we sincerely hope you take a moment to check it out.

Map Pack Shipping Progress

Hello Backers,

As we approach the final stages of shipping process, we would like to keep you updated on the current status of the Map Packs. We know how much you are looking forward to receiving them, and we promise to keep you informed.

UK Shipping Update

We believe that all rewards for our backers in United Kingdom should now have been dispatched. If you have not yet received your package, please reach out to our local partner, Zatu for further information and assistance.

USA, Canada, and EU

Gamerati and Hydra are currently in the process of packing the rewards. Shipping from their end is expected to commence this week. We urge our supporters in these regions to keep an eye out for their parcel's shipping status in the coming days.

Regarding Canada, the games are currently being transported from Seattle to the Canadian warehouse. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, we expect to start delivery to backers before the end of the year.

VFI Zones

For those in the VFI Zones, please be aware that their team is still working through the list, and specific shipping dates are yet to be determined. Rest assured, we will promptly provide an update as soon as we have more concrete information.

Update on Map Pack Shipping Progress

Dear Backers,

Our shipping process is now nearing completion. Moving forward, we will keep you in the loop with frequent updates on the progress of the shipments.

UK Shipping Update

As of last week, delivery have started in the UK. Backers in this region should be receiving their rewards in the coming days. If your reward has not arrived within one week, please reach out to our local partner Zatu Games for assistance.

US, Europe and VFI Status

To our backers in US, Europe, and VFI regions, the shipments have arrived safely at the local Hubs and are currently being processed. As soon as we receive the notification of estimated shipping dates from the Hubs, we will publish an update to inform you promptly.

We realize the wait has been longer than expected and truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Rulebook Packaging

We've recently received several messages asking if there are missing rulebook in the game boxes. We'd like to take this opportunity to clarify: all English-language rulebooks are sealed along with the folding maps. When you open your game, be sure to check inside the shrink-wrapped map packs and you'll find it!

Apologies to Backers and Shipping Update

Dear Backers,

We are incredibly thankful for everyone's support for our Mini Express Map Pack campaign. I write today to offer our sincerest apologies for the fact that local board game stores in Czech and Spain were able to obtain the game before you.

The shipments to the EU Hub, US Hub, and UK Hub were actually sent out slightly earlier than those sent to our publishing partners in Czech and Spain. The US and UK shipments were cleared last week, and will be arriving at the Hubs shortly; but unfortunately, as of today, the EU shipment is still awaiting customs clearance. We completely understand how disheartening this is for you, and we share your frustration over the freight agents not being able to identify why it is taking so long.

Once the US and UK Hubs provide me with an estimated timeline for sending out your rewards, I will make another update to let everyone know.

VFI-Asia

VFI-Asia is the most cost-effective and customs-friendly option when shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, and South-East Asia. To keep costs low, VFI-Asia will wait to fill a container for each country they service before sending it out. Once they sail, we’ll be informed of their estimated arrival date at the point of destination. Lastly, individual parcels will then be delivered to backers.

The amount of time it takes for VFI to fill a container is influenced by many external variables that are beyond everyone's control, and they also tend to be reluctant to make guarantees, so we only commit to announcements when I'm certain our games are sailing on a ship. This setup isn't perfect but is the best way to extend customs-friendly shipping services in that region.

I'm aware that there are concerns among some of you regarding the launch of our new campaign while fulfillment for the Map Pack hasn't even started. I apologize again for any frustration or distress this may have caused. We are doing our best to resolve the fulfillment issues, and will update you on any new progress.

We thank you for your patience and understanding. Please know that your direct support through Kickstarter is greatly appreciated. It's your generosity that fuels our passion and allows us to keep creating new games. We are so grateful for your support on this journey and know you will be pleased with the final product.

Shipment Progress Update

Dear Backers, 

First and foremost, I'd like to update you all on the shipping progress. 

As per our last update, the shipment destined for the US, EU, and UK have arrived at the ports. Unfortunately, the games have not yet cleared customs. The delay is due to incomplete documentation provided by the Freight Agent on the sender's side. We have been closely monitoring this issue with various freight agents around the world over the past two weeks. The situation is now resolved, and we expect delivery to Hub warehouses within the next week. We sincerely apologize for this delay.  

Last week, we locked the addresses in the Pledge Manager. If anyone still needs to change their address, please contact us immediately. 

New Kickstarter Campaign 

I understand that launching a new project before fulfilling the previous is a bit controversial, and we are truly sorry for the multiple delays to the Map Pack project. 

However, we cannot delay the time schedule of our future games any longer, so we came to the conclusion that the new title must be launched nevertheless. If you are interested in games similar to Mini Express, please take a look at our new project Cargo Empire.

What is Cargo Empire?    

 Cargo Empire is a pick-up-and-deliver board game with point-to-point network building. Players immerse themselves into a complex world of transportation networks, striving for glory, wealth, and power as leaders of one of the four major families on the continent.

There is only one action in this game, and that is "Transporting Cargo."     

Gauge market demand, plan logistic routes, and build new trading posts to carve out your network across the land. Choose what modes of transportation to focus on, and become a leader in the industry.
