[PLEDGE MANAGER] Can I back at $1 and upgrade my pledge later?
Yes. Kickstarter will not charge your credit card until the campaign ends, so you can back now at $1 to comment and receive updates throughout the campaign, and upgrade to a higher pledge level later.
Everyone that backed at $1 or more will receive an invitation link to our BackerKit pledge manager. You can then edit your pledge details, address, and add additional items such as additional copies of Mini Express, playmats, wooden inserts, or previous Moaideas titles.
But please do consider upgrading your pledge before the campaign ends to help raise our visibility on Kickstarter!

[PLEDGE MANAGER] How do I get add-ons or previous titles?
Deluxe upgrades such as the inserts & playmats can be added to your pledge via the built in Kickstarter Add-On feature. Previous Moaideas titles will be available in the BackerKit pledge manager.
Any extra amount that you pledge will be credited to the email used by your Kickstarter account towards purchases of any items or shipping in our BackerKit pledge manager. Please use the same email for Kickstarter & BackerKit to minimize the chances of something going wrong.
You can still add additional funds later through BackerKit for add-ons or extras, as long as we haven’t locked down the system for shipping.

[DELIVERY] Are the games customs friendly for US/CA/UK/EU/SEA/AU?
Yes. We have a very detailed shipping plan using 3 different fulfillment companies that will provide customs friendly shipping through various routes around the world. If your country is not in one of the listed regions, we cannot guarantee customs friendly shipping to you. Please note that Norway & Switzerland are not in the European Union, so your shipping fees will be higher, and we can make no promises on VAT.
To clarify, there is no escaping VAT when goods enter the European Union, so what “EU Friendly” actually means is that we will take care of import duties & applicable fees and pay them first. Thus a portion(but not all) of the VAT will be factored into the shipping fees we collect from you in the pledge manager.

[DELIVERY] How reliable is shipping to Central and South America?
From our experience of sending games to the above regions, as long as we use tracked shipping and include a phone number, most of the parcels can reach their destination when the recipient also rigorously checks for updates with the delivery tracking service.
But we cannot make any promises on tariffs duties & customs fees, sorry.
Note that the return postage is outrageously expensive, so in case that the local delivery returns the parcel due to “Wrong Address”, “Declined by Recipient” …etc, we will have to charge you additional shipping fees before sending again. So please make sure that your name, address and phone number is correct.

[GAMEPLAY] How does the “demand tile” in a city increase a player’s influence in seperate companies?
You are competing for Reputation in this game, not for making the most money.
The 4 railroad companies in the game are subsidiaries of corporations that have a stake in other industries; and the demand tiles represent either new markets or new sources for those industries. So, when you build a route to a city, you are expanding the reach of the parent corporations, and your Karma with them will increase.

[GAMEPLAY] Why is XXX city not included on the map?
During our development process, first we marked the population centers in the 19th century, then tested if they are good & fun for network building. Additionally, we have a limit of 32 cities to distribute across the map, and sometimes we need a node in the middle of nowhere, or a major city might be skipped if the surrounding hexes are too busy. So some adjustments are made, but I think the current distribution of city hexes is pretty good.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
